Build with people in mind
Software engineering is a team sport. Success depends as much on how we work together as on the systems we build. Give people context, agency, and the resources they need, and they create real value.
Progress over perfection
I favor continuous improvement over waiting for the perfect moment. I build a habit of learning, adapting, and trying, always delivering value. I do not chase ideas that do not hold up.
